Learning Environment
Arts: As The William Hogarth School, we have reflected the link in our school logo and name each of our classes after famous painters. We are proud to have a dedicated art room designed and funded by Sir Peter Blake and his wife, Chrissie Blake.
ICT: With over 100 laptops children can use ICT in all lessons to further their learning.
A love of reading: Our school library, opened in 2013, hosts new books, relaxation spaces, workspaces for children and reading clubs. Our team of librarians (adults and children) help children to enjoy the library and develop their passion for reading.
Have your say: Our school council formed of two elected members from each class meets regularly to express pupil’s views to the senior leadership team.
Food for thought: Onsite catering allows us to take pride in our nutritious, balanced meals, freshly cooked every day. With a range of healthy options, it’s little surprise that so many of our children choose them.
The Great Outdoors: Enriching pupils learning environment with a wildlife and conservation area. We recognise the importance of play and have two large playgrounds, climbing equipment and a designated ball park.
